Vitigni: Pinot Nero
Colour: tending towards antique pink.
Floral and enveloping opening on the nose, it persists in notes of ripe berries and bread crust. On the palate it is pleasant for its freshness and cleanliness; in a complex of good flavour it convinces by its elegance.

Colour: brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections.
The nose is fresh and fruity. After about a year of bottle ageing, it displays hints of hydrocarbons typical of the variety. Good freshness and minerality in the mouth.

Sparkling Barbera Rosé Wine Province of Pavia

Grape varieties: Barbera 100% 20-year-old vines
Colour: bright pink
Clear when held upright, cloudy after shaking. Fine, elegant mousse. Hints of wild strawberries on the nose. Pleasant and fresh in the mouth.

Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Persistent foam. On the nose hints of red fruits and jam. The mouth perfectly reflects the nose. Good freshness and tannicity.

Colour: intense straw yellow.
Pleasant and persistent foam. Fresh fruit, apple and pear notes on the nose. Fresh and soft in the mouth.

Province of Pavia IGT red wine. The name is inspired by the Moradella vine, an indigenous and rediscovered grape of our area.

Colour: Deep red with purple shades
On the nose hints of ripe fruit, jam and spices. The mouth perfectly reflects the nose. Good freshness and tannicity.
Buttafuoco

Grape varieties: Croatina 50%, Barbera 30%, Uva Rara 10%, Ughetta di Canneto 10%.
Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections.
Hints of ripe fruit and vanilla on the nose. Balanced and soft in the mouth.
