


It is a closed valley facing north surrounded by forest. Here we cultivate the Pinot Noir sparkling wine base on the one hand and the Pinot Noir that we vinify red on the other. It is also characterised by an area with a very calcareous vein in which we cultivate Rhine Riesling.
'La Fiocca' in dialect means snow; it is a valley that enjoys an excellent temperature range between day and night, ideal for the production of these varieties.

It is an open and warm valley. Here we cultivate Croatina on one side of the hill facing East, used for the production of Bonarda Frizzante, and Barbera on the other side of the hill, facing West, used for the production of our Ancestrale.
'Fornacione' derives from kiln, at the time it was an area for the production of clay pots.
