Vineyard and Cellar
The land is divided into four bodies each with a specific vocation:
The area covers about 10 hectares under organic cultivation. The main variety is Pinot Noir, followed by Croatina, Barbera, Moradella and Riesling Renano.

La Fiocca

It is a closed valley facing north surrounded by forest. Here we cultivate the Pinot Noir sparkling wine base on the one hand and the Pinot Noir that we vinify red on the other. It is also characterised by an area with a very calcareous vein in which we cultivate Rhine Riesling.
'La Fiocca' in dialect means snow; it is a valley that enjoys an excellent temperature range between day and night, ideal for the production of these varieties.

Fornacione

It is an open and warm valley. Here we cultivate Croatina on one side of the hill facing East, used for the production of Bonarda Frizzante, and Barbera on the other side of the hill, facing West, used for the production of our Ancestrale.
'Fornacione' derives from kiln, at the time it was an area for the production of clay pots.

Campasso
A vineyard on the coast road, here we grow Moradella, a recovered indigenous variety that needs more heat to ripen. With this variety we produce our Moreè

Casa Padrone

Vineyard, more than 30 years old, is the furthest away from the estate. It is located in the municipality of Castana, the production area of Buttafuoco DOC. The grapes cultivated are Croatina, Barbera, Uva rara and Vespolina to produce Buttafuoco DOC and historic Buttafuco.

The wine cellar
In 2023 the cellar was renovated. It is fully insulated and in energy class A. It consists of a grape reception area, a fermentation and storage area in steel, and an ageing area in cement and wood. One part is dedicated to the stacks of our classic method.
